RACE FORMAT AND RULES
-We will race 1 rank at a time starting with the tigers and finish all heats for that rank
-Each car will race 6 times, once in each lane.
-Each car will race against all other opponents, in their rank, at least 1 time.
-Races will be timed from start to finish
-Winners will be those who have the lowest cumulative total time (adding up the times for all 6 of their    races)
-If a car does not make it to the finish line it will be given a time of 9.999 seconds
-Cars with the highest cumulative total times will win the “slowpoke” award, 1 for each scout rank, 1 for the overall pack, 1 for siblings.
-For a car to qualify for the “slowpoke” category it must pass the finish line in at least 1 race, if the car does not ever cross the finish line it will not qualify as a “slowpoke”
